She shelters under shrubs and leaves
In lovely old Lin Wood
She’s pretty and she’s trendy
With tartan on the roof
She thinks she’s quite unique
‘Cos her engine’s in the boot
She’s proud of being a Hillman Imp
Made in Scotland too
And if you see her on the street
She’ll wave and toot to you!
It’s the Caledonia Tartan
for a wee Imp just like me
